- Manual approval that usually takes 7-28 days. No website required — Channel must comply with all YouTube monetization and channel policies. Must have at least 500+ subscribers and 3 public uploads in past 90 days for limited monetization. For ad revenue, 1,000+ subscribers and 4,000 watch hours (or 10M Shorts views in 90 days). Active linked AdSense account. Two-factor authentication. Must reside in eligible country. No ongoing policy violations.
