The NOC Program is best suited for Large Web Hosts, VPS Providers and Dedicated Server Providers. If you wish to purchase more than 5 Licenses then its beneficial for you to become a NOC. Rates for NOC is generally less and there are slabs for rates based on the number of active licenses you possess. To become a NOC you will have to deposit $50. This $50 will be an Advance and will be set off against the licenses you Purchase / Renew. A NOC is billed on the 1st of every month for all activities and an invoice will be raised.
