- Approval process
- Manual approval. For qualified referrals to receive payment: (a) referral must sign up for Nextiva account and be paid customer for at least 60 days; (b) for month-to-month, must make at least 3 full consecutive monthly payments; (c) affiliate must complete W-9 tax form; (d) must complete payout information form via secure electronic signature service. Both forms must be received within 90 days of initial account sign-up or payment is forfeited
- Other restrictions
- Referrals must be qualified leads (new contacts in decision-making roles at organizations not already Nextiva customers or prospects, interested in using Nextiva products for business). Referrer's own organization cannot be submitted as referral
