- Affiliates must produce original, high-quality content and cannot rely solely on content aggregation. Branded keyword bidding on 'LawDepot,' 'LegalContracts,' and 'Sequiter' is prohibited. Coupon sites are not permitted. All email marketing must be sent to audiences from which the affiliate has received explicit recipient consent. Affiliates must comply with FTC disclosure requirements regarding affiliate relationships. Upon program termination, affiliates must immediately cease using LawDepot Materials and discontinue use of the LawDepot trademark.
