How earnings are paid out and which methods are supported

More payout info: Commissions paid via PayPal after balance reaches $50 USD and after a 3-month cooldown period (to allow for refunds/chargebacks). When commission accrued during a Payment Period is less than $50, it carries over to the next period. Commission Period: 12 to 24 months.; Schedule: Every 30 days after reaching $50 threshold and 3-month cooldown
