BTGuard
BTGuard operated an affiliate program for promoting its privacy-focused VPN, proxy, and anonymous BitTorrent services. The available source describes compensation of $10 per referral and a 5% share of earnings from webmasters referred by affiliates. It also indicates that affiliates could receive payment by PayPal, wire, or check. BTGuard's current official homepage confirms the underlying product category—VPN and anonymous BitTorrent services—but the search evidence does not expose a current public affiliate landing page or application form.
